Xiao He is an entrepreneur, artist, and writer. She co-founded an AI startup in the medical device regulatory space, bootstrapped it to paying customers, supporting 25 enterprise teams around the world, and later chose to shut it down after 2 years. Through that journey she learned that failure, while difficult, is also transformative.

She founded Mother of Success to document the real stories of founders: the struggles, the lessons, and how every challenge can also be the beginning of something new.
